Information We Collect
Track Diploma stores the information you add to your account, such as your profile, school, country, exam session, subjects, grades, coursework, deadlines, tests, past papers, study sessions, homework, reminders, resource links, files, notes, friend requests, CAS ideas, and AI chat history.
How We Use Information
We use your information to run the app, personalize your dashboard, save your progress, calculate planning signals, send reminders or notifications, support friend features, respond to contact messages, and help the AI coach understand your study context.
Analytics
We may record basic product analytics, such as page visits, signup steps, onboarding completion, and feature usage, to improve Track Diploma. We do not use analytics to let other students see your private account data.
Private Academic Data
Your grades, coursework, deadlines, files, notes, syllabus status, and AI conversations are private by default. Friends and community members receive only the limited information required for features you use. A verified school may receive the student progress signals described in its school workspace when your account is linked to that school.
Files And Shared Resources
Resource and coursework files are stored in private storage by default. If you explicitly share content with friends or a community, other permitted members may be able to access it. File metadata may be processed to store and deliver uploads; avoid including unnecessary personal information in filenames or documents.
Community Safety
We process friend invitations, memberships, messages, blocks, and reports to operate community features and respond to safety concerns. Other users are shown a display name rather than your email unless an email invitation must be delivered to the address you provide.
Notifications
In-app notifications are stored with your account. Device notifications require browser permission and currently operate while Track Diploma is open. You can change supported notification categories in Settings and browser permissions on your device.
Third-Party Services
Track Diploma may use services such as Supabase for authentication and database storage, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI for AI features, and email providers for notifications or invitations. These services process data needed to provide the app.
Your Choices And Deletion
You can update or remove information where controls are available, leave communities, remove friends, block users, and report content. You can request account access, correction, or deletion by contacting support. We verify requests before acting and may retain limited records where legally or operationally necessary.
Students And Minors
Track Diploma is intended for students, including users who may be under 18. We limit public profile information and default academic records and uploads to private access. Schools and families should provide appropriate supervision consistent with local requirements.
