Using Track Diploma
Track Diploma helps IB students organize study plans, coursework, homework, reminders, past papers, tests, syllabus progress, and related academic resources. You agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful educational purposes.
Your Account And Content
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the information you add to Track Diploma, including notes, deadlines, files, links, and messages. You should only upload or save content that you have the right to use.
Educational Support
Track Diploma provides planning and study support. It does not guarantee grades, exam outcomes, university admissions, or official IB decisions. Students should still follow school, teacher, and official IB guidance.
Acceptable Use And Academic Integrity
You may not use Track Diploma to harm other users, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, spam, infringe copyright, impersonate others, or submit another person’s work as your own. Community resources and AI output must be checked and used consistently with your school’s academic-integrity rules.
No IB Affiliation
Track Diploma is an independent planning and study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the International Baccalaureate Organization, the IB, or any official IB programme. References to IB subjects, assessments, and diploma planning are for student organization and educational support only.
Current Pricing and Future Changes
Track Diploma is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, paid features, or other fees in the future. If we do, we will provide reasonable advance notice and clearly disclose the affected features, pricing, and effective date before any charge applies. We will not charge you automatically or without your express agreement. Services offered to schools or other institutions may be subject to separate written pricing or agreements.
AI Features
AI suggestions are provided to help with planning and organization. You should review AI output carefully before relying on it, especially for deadlines, academic decisions, or submitted work.
Communities And Moderation
Community posts, messages, and shared resources are user-contributed and are not endorsed by Track Diploma. You can leave communities and report users or content. We may review, restrict, or remove content and accounts to protect users and enforce these terms.
Schools And Student Accounts
School access is granted only through verified school membership. School administrators may view the academic progress signals expressly made available to their school workspace. Student accounts cannot create school workspaces or appoint themselves to school roles.
Deletion And Availability
You may request account or data deletion through support. Some records may be retained where reasonably required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup recovery. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable, and you should keep independent copies of important academic files.
