- Set your exam session and subjects, including the correct HL and SL levels.
- Add one task with a clear title and due date, then check it in Today.
- Make time for it in Plan and update your progress when the work changes.

Where should I start?
Create an account, set your exam session and subjects, then add one real task. Review it in Today and give it a study block in Plan.
Why is a grades or practice view empty?
A new workspace may have no assessment results or paper attempts yet. Add your own result or attempt using the relevant subject controls; an empty view is not a grade of zero.
What should I do if a change fails to save?
Keep your text, check the displayed error and retry when your connection is available. Confirm the saved record before navigating away or deleting another copy.
How do I ask for account help or report a bug?
Use the contact page or email support@trackdiploma.com. Include the page, steps and error message, but never send your password or unnecessary private coursework.
